Hi, I’m Joseph Kao, and I’m a professional hypnotherapist. I’ve studied hypnosis since the late 1990s, and I continue to find it a rewarding and fascinating field. I also teach seminars on hypnosis, and I am the head scriptwriter for www.hypnosisdownloads.com.
One of my other passions is acting. I’m part of a Shakespearean theatre company that convenes once a year in a village on the coast of Wales. I’m also involved in the improv acting community in London.
In fact my training in improvisational acting is one of the inspirations for creating this site: all the free videos and hypnosis mp3s that you’ll find here are unscripted, delivered completely off the cuff, with little to no editing. That’s the only way I can find the time to produce them, and hopefully it gives them a certain spontaneous quality!
